Auction 2023 – Save the Date! Can you help?

This year’s Silent Auction is October 16th -22nd. The Live Auction is on October 21st. Mark your calendars now!

For several weeks before the Auction, we need volunteers to help receive items donated by our generous members and friends. This is YOUR CHANCE to be part of the Auction with no long-term commitment. The job includes readying items for the writers and photographer, packing items for storage, and creating an inventory of items. Suzanne, Bonnie, and Diane need someone to be at the Fellowship to help move the process along smoothly.

We would like you to be a “Process Server”. The hours are 10AM to 3PM with a lunch break, Mondays through Thursdays, August 28th through October 12th. You can work as many days as you want. Come be a part of the Auction!
