Come discuss ingenious, elegant, simple (and not-so-simple) solutions to reduce carbon emissions and heal the planet! We have the solutions to stop global warming– what are they and how can we get those solutions implemented?
The topic this month is buildings and cities. “Rather than being a source or cause of degeneration, cities are becoming regenerative to the environment and human well-being.” What are the latest innovations? Come learn with us.
We’ll be using the book: “Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming,” edited by Paul Hawken. Each monthly discussion will focus on a “climate fix’ to drawdown the carbon in the atmosphere. See the schedule below. Bring your friends. The public is welcome. “Book sharing” is available. For more information, contact email@example.com
If you don’t have the book, click here for a summary of all of the solutions, by ranking and by sector.
