On Wednesday, November 6, you’re invited to participate in a day of respite following a contentious and divisive election cycle. Staff and trained facilitators within our midst will be holding space to be together – to sit, listen, walk, reflect and sing as we process the unique anxiety of the season.
No matter the outcome, many of us will be exhausted and processing our anxiety after the election. We will need an election exhale, and perhaps to make space for some of the other life stress we’d been putting aside.
If you need childcare, please email staff@uufws.org by Friday, November 1.
