Marsha Twiggs will discuss the New Start Homes Program, a maternity home for pregnant youth:
At New Start Home Program, we recognize that teen pregnancy can have long-lasting effects on the lives of young mothers and their children. We believe that by offering a supportive and nurturing environment, we can empower these young mothers to overcome the challenges they face and create a brighter future for themselves and their children. By Fostering a sense of community and offering specialized support we aim to empower new teen moms to pursue their education, secure employment, and become self-sufficient.
