UUFWS member Patty Finch Dewey, who served as the first executive director of the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries, will answer your questions and share some of her most meaningful encounters with captive wildlife.

We invite you to come and explore “The Forum,” an adult educational presentation and discussion group held both in person and online at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem each Sunday from 9:00 – 10:15 AM.

Topics include current events, books, travel, community action, careers, social issues and more. Each event usually begins with a presentation, followed by friendly and lively discussion.

Guests and visitors are welcome. Just show up ready to think, listen and participate as much or as little as you wish. Each week’s topic and presenter are generally announced 2-4 weeks in advance.

Gathering and informal conversation begins at 8:45 am. The presentation/discussion begins at 9:00 am.
