Mike Dresel will discuss his recent book, Questioning Leadership: How to Lead Teams of People Who Are Smarter Than You

Mike will discuss the interesting problem of leading teams of highly intelligent and creative people. These people have often been described as difficult to lead. His book disagrees. He will dig into his take on how to lead teams of very smart people. While there are many ways that leadership tasks can be thought of, he believes there are seven leadership roles that any successful leader needs to use. He will be defining and discussing these roles and hopes that you will bring your experiences with good and less than good leadership to share.

Our weekly Forum discussion group, offered both in person and online, is held every Sunday as part of our Adult Religious Education program. The topics vary every week. Visitors and guests are welcome.
