UUFWS is a community partner with Forsyth IAF, the broad-based organization identifying and prioritizing local community problems impacting our families and neighbors. During the summer of 2024, we held listening sessions in the Fellowship to identify the top issues for our community, as did over 30 other participating organizations and churches in Forsyth County. 146 of our members and friends participated in these sessions. The goal is to use the coalition’s People Power to address these problems through community action.

We invite you to be a continuing part of this community. The top issues, voted on by over 1000 listening group participants from 35 institutions, will be announced during the meeting, along with testimonials associated with these issues. Then we will vote on our collective priorities.

Let’s show up to demonstrate our commitment to working together to improve the lives of the diverse people of Forsyth County. As we come together, we will be inspired by the power of what is possible by acting together.
