As we continue to explore the Shape of Justice in our congregation, community, and nation, join Ann Zimmerman and Pam Lepley for a series of conversations. We will meet via Zoom on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 4:00-5:30 pm October through May. Each month we will use an episode of The Twilight Zone or relevant current event as a prompter for our discussion on justice, equity, and compassion.

Are We There yet?
It’s just another couple of days until the inauguration of the new President of the United States. This is always a big occasion, but we’ve had quite a windup for this one, and many people seem to have been behaving very badly. We’re still in the middle of a pandemic, with thousands of Americans dying every day from COVID-19. We’re still processing a domestic terrorism event, which has been recognized as a coup d’etat attempt. The House has voted to impeach the outgoing President for a second time, a historical first. And our Fellowship remains a virtual community. How are you handling all of this? How ya doin’? Put on your bunny slippers, or whatever’s comfortable for you, and let’s talk.
