Shane Manier is a Poetry Coach, Educator, Visual Artist, Tedx Keynote Speaker, Trauma Informed Care Instructor, and National Spoken Word Artist. She is the founder and Executive Director of Guerilla Poets, a nonprofit that provides art, poetry and music programs in detention facilities, shelters, schools and more throughout Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Rowan and surrounding counties.
