The High Cost of Poverty: 2-Part Series

Poverty intersects many efforts to render justice to underserved communities. Impoverished people are more likely to encounter inequity in health care, education, housing, employment, transportation, and food supply. We can help, but we need to understand where the need originates, and how our efforts can be most effective.

Join us as we explore living in poverty with a dynamic simulation, personal testimony, a panel discussion, and thoughtful reflection on what we’ve learned.

This two-part series is presented collaboratively by the Social Action Council and Adult Religious Education.
