YoUUngish is a Fellowship group for members and friends in the 21(ish) – 40 (ish) age group.

Note: Attendance varies! This is a drop-in group which can be well attended on some Sunday mornings and… quiet as…a church mouse(!)… on some Sundays.

Stop by to see who’s hanging out in the Whitney Young Welcome Room before the Sunday service (from 9:45-10:30 am).

Definitely planning to be there? Be sure to let others know by posting on the YoUUngish at UUFWS Facebook page or emailing youungish@uufws.org.

Email Mia or Alex to join the Facebook page and/or to check to see if others have checked in about being there on a particular Sunday.

Child care is available beginning at 9:45 am in the Murray Room.

6th-8th Grade Sexuality Education Classes Based on the Our Whole Lives Curriculum

This class has prerequisites and is now closed. Please email the Director of Lifespan Religious Education at dre@uufws.org if you have questions.

This comprehensive sexuality workshop uses the Our Whole Lives sexuality education curriculum and is facilitated by trained leaders.

We Believe: Learning and Living our UU Principles

Children and Leaders will explore the current UU Principles and the proposed 8th Principle. They will make connections between the Principles and the preliminarily adopted shift to the six UU Values which are centered in Love: Pluralism, Equity, Transformation, Justice, Interdependence, and Generosity.

All children and youth should be registered for Religious Education so that we have current contact and health information: https://uufws.breezechms.com/form/06bba7

Contact dre@uufws.org if you have questions.

Contact Joy I., Chair of the UU Youth Team, at rec@uufws.org for the current Youth Group calendar and to be added to the Youth Group email list.

If this is one of your first times visiting the Fellowship or you’ve found your way back after an extended absence, the New Here Gathering is for you!

Join Caron Armstrong, Director of Congregational Life, in the Whitney Young Welcome Room (first room on the religious education (RE) hall) immediately following the Sunday service. Grab a cup of coffee or tea as you pass that table at the far end of the foyer, then turn right through the double doors and look for the room that says Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!

This weekly gathering is also available on Zoom. After the online service, look for the Breakout Rooms option on your Zoom screen and choose New Here Gathering to join the group digitally.

Questions? Email Caron at caron@uufws.org.
