Terms of Use Agreement
UUFWS.org is the official online communication website of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem (UUFWS). UUFWS.org is designed to provide information to anyone interested or involved in supporting the values of Unitarian Universalism and the mission and ministry of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem. When you use uufws.org, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page (the “Terms of Use Agreement”), which may be updated by us from time to time.
You understand and expressly agree that the use of the UUFWS website is at your discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer hardware, software or files that occurs.
You may not: (1) modify uufws.org, (2) publish, display, disclose, rent, lease, modify, loan, distribute, or create derivative works based on uufws.net or its documentation or any part thereof without the express written permission of UUFWS, (3) remove, obliterate, or cancel from view any copyright, trademark, confidentiality or other proprietary notice, mark or legend appearing on uufws.net, (4) reverse engineer, decompile, translate, adapt or dissemble uufws.net, nor shall you attempt to create the source code from the object code for uufws.net without the express written permission of UUFWS, or (5) assign the license for the use.
UUFWS will make all attempts to provide timely and accurate information. In the event we are notified of an inaccuracy, we will correct it as soon as feasible. UUFWS will not be liable for any errors, interruptions in service or late postings.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UUFWS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of the Terms of Use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of UUFWS’s successors, assigns and licensees.
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts of North Carolina. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder to the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by UUFWS.
Recurring Message Terms and Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
SMS Messaging Service
By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about programming and events. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Message Frequency
You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive 2 messages per month. Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
