Welcome, Liz McEntee, Fellowship Administrator!

Dear Members and Friends,

We welcome Liz McEntee to our Fellowship staff as Fellowship Administrator.

Liz was born in Atlanta, GA, and spent her formative years in New Rochelle, NY. After graduating from State University of NY, Purchase, she migrated south to Manassas, Virginia, and began a career in the administrative medical field.

Liz’s career began as a receptionist position in a pediatric practice and concluded 20+ years later when she retired from her role as practice manager for Rheumatologists in the Novant Health system.
Recently Liz embarked on a second career as an artist. She has sold her  art, taught art classes, and began writing as well.

Liz happily found her way to us after discovering that she missed being with others.  Liz brings exemplary organizational skills, stellar references, abundant conviviality, an ability to learn quickly, and a ‘can-do’ attitude to her work. She was unanimously and enthusiastically embraced by the Search Team.

Liz lives near the Fellowship with Colin (a young Bichon Frise). Liz shares her yard with a multitude of birds, squirrels, deer and a neighbor’s cat who pretends they have never met.

Liz is in the office from 10 am-4 pm, Monday through Thursday. You can reach her at administrator@uufws.org.
