    Big Classroom (Emerson/Thoreau)

Karen Cross introduces the Complaint‑Free World 21‑day challenge—a simple but transformative practice that invites us to shift from habitual complaining to intentional, empowered communication. Participants learn how a small physical cue, like moving a bracelet from wrist to wrist, builds awareness of negative speech patterns and opens space for gratitude, problem‑solving, and deeper connection. Over 21 days, the challenge becomes a spiritual and practical discipline: noticing our words, choosing our focus, and creating a more compassionate, constructive environment in our homes, workplaces, and communities.
